Sindre is a Product Design and Design Leadership executive with 15+ years building and scaling products at high-growth companies across sports, live entertainment, and fintech, including a fintech unicorn and large-scale betting and ticketing platforms. He partners directly with founders, executives, and product teams on product strategy, design leadership, and roadmap—from early positioning through launch and beyond. Sindre brings a rare combination of hands-on design craft and executive-level strategic judgment to the teams he serves. He specializes in translating ambiguous product challenges—from 0-to-1 design and positioning to org structure and AI-augmented workflows—into clear creative direction that ships.

Sabrina Ronningen
Co-founder, GTM
Sabrina is a Customer Success and Go-to-Market Executive Advisor with 20 years in B2B customer-facing roles and 15 years driving Customer Success outcomes across companies from early-stage startups to large enterprises. She partners with founders, executives, and senior CS practitioners to scale high-performing Customer Success organizations, and holds fractional executive roles at two technology firms. Combining operator depth with strategic clarity, she serves C-suite, VC, and senior IC audiences with a direct communication style and sharp business acumen. She specializes in translating complex GTM challenges—from NRR optimization and CAC payback to org design and acquisition readiness—into actionable frameworks that drive durable growth.
